Processing and Shipping

  • Deliveries are made on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding published holidays.
  • Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times. 
  • Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday – Saturday begin processing the same day. 
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) Monday – Saturday and Sunday begin processing the next business day. 
  • We ship most of the orders by USPS Priority Mail for $20.00, which takes 3-5 Business days to arrive.
  • If your order is delayed for some reason, we will contact you. 

Free shipping
We offer free shipping in U.S for orders $150.00 or more*. 

International Orders 

At this time international orders can only be processed through mail-orders; we are unable to process international orders online. If you have any questions or need help with your order, please email us and we’d be happy to assist. 

Out of Stock Items

We work hard to ensure that our stock is as accurate as possible, but sometimes, items shown as available may actually be out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately.

Backorders

We will ship backordered items as soon as they are available and will let you know via email or phone. 

*Free shipping is not available for deliveries to the Alaska or Hawaii. Customer Service will calculate the shipping costs upon receipt of your order and will let you know.
