3 Step Return Process:

- Email us to get a Return Form.
Step 2: Pack merchandise
- Enclose the completed Return Form with merchandise.
Step 3: Ship
- Ship it with USPS or your choice of courier.
Return Rules & Restrictions:
- For health and safety reasons, used or opened bedding items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be returned within 14 days.
- Free returns are for order over $150.
- Get a return authorization by emailing us.
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Form.
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
- Items purchased on sale are final sale. Which means, they can’t be returned or exchanged.
- All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it doesn’t comply with return policy.
